The annual business meeting of the Phi Beta Kappa Society was held at 8 o'clock this morning in Harvard Hall. Langdon P. Marvin President of the Harvard Chapter, presided. Because of the Tercentenary the oration and poem were not delivered at this annual meeting, but will be postponed until September 17.
