In response to queries by the 500 odd men who have paid a quarter to the V. F. W. as to what happened to the sum collected, investigations have been made and a statement was obtained from William H. Felmeth '39, treasurer of the organization.

"Contrary to certain organizations now under Senatorial investigation," said Felmeth last night, "our books are wide open to anybody's inspection at any time. I submit the following account of our funds: Receipts 514 memberships at 25c  $128.50 Expenses 800 members cards  $8.75 To Princeton Headquarters  11.25 1500 Manifestos  17.75 1000 Buttons  20.00 Miscellaneous Expenses  5.75 Posters  7.50 Rent of Emerson D  7.50 Total Expenses  $78.50 Cash on Hand  $50.00
