"Art' Wild, veteran Chicago news hawk and Harvard publicity director, genial panhandler of College news, liaison officer between official Harvard and the world, chief shock-troop denyer of all University rumors, was tendered a reception yesterday in honor of the anniversary of the appointment to his post here. Gifts were tendered by appreciative Boston reporters, including a rubber stamp worded, "The University has no statement to make regarding Mr. Hanfstaengl's offer."
