The proposed International Collegiate Hockey League came a step nearer realization Saturday night as representatives of eight colleges of America and Canada drew up a tentative schedule and laid plans for the season.

The new league, formed through the efforts of Major Forbes, McGill's Athletic Director, and Yale's Coach Holcombe York, includes the four members of the Quadrangular League, and Canadian teams from McGill, Toronto, Queens, and Montreal.

The program will see the American division of the League playing schedules much the same as at present, and two of the teams making a two-games tour of Canada each year, while two Canadian teams make similar invasions of this country.

The leaders in intercollegiate hockey have praised the plan as a convenient one for making the international games more significant and interesting.
