Philip Dean, Caleb Foote, Robert Tileston Gannett, 2d, Francis Austin Harding, Jr., Richard Peter Hedblom, and Clifford Walker Wilson were the six men receiving the largest number of votes in the Freshman primaries held yesterday in the Union.

597 Good Votes

Arthur A. Ballantine, Jr. '36, and Francis Keppel '38, in charge of the election, withheld any information as to the votes received by each man, merely stating that no other nominee came within 10 votes of the lowest man.

Of the 640 votes recorded, 43 were rejected as being incomplete or otherwise illegal, leaving 597 votes accepted. The highest man in the election received 166 votes, the sixth man getting 92.

Voting will be held on Friday in the Union among the six winners in the primary, to pick the three top men, the high man becoming President, the second Vice-President, the third Secretary-Treasurer. Results will be announced on Saturday morning.
