Fitz Resigns From Faculty Position at Medical School

The resignation of Reginald Fitz '06, associate professor of Medicine at the Medical School since 1922, was made public yesterday. It will become effective next fall. He has been appointed Director of the Evans Memorial Hospital and professor of Medicine at Boston University.

Dr. Fitz is the University Marshal, and as such is the leader of the academic processions on Commencement day and other formal occasions. He will lead the academic procession during the Tercentenary celebration next September.
