Saturday evening at 10 o'clock the Glee Club will present the first five minutes of a nation-wide broadcast in honor of the National Broadcasting Company's tenth anniversary. Glee Clubs and bands from different parts of the country, will complete an hour's program of music.
G. Wallace Woodworth '24, Director of the Glee Club, will conduct from station WBZ Harvard's part of the program, including two late 16th century selections of the Italian school: "Tutti" by Nanine, and "Diffusa" by Gastoldi.
Originaly scheduled for 8 o'clock, the program was changed to 10 o'clock because of President Roosevelt's decision to utilize the air-waves during the early evening.
