Speakers include Maxwell N. Halsey, Assistant Director of the Bureau for Street Traffic Research, Flavel Shurtleff, counsel of the American Planning and Civic Association, Sir Raymond Un-win, former president of the Royal Institute of British Architects and Frederick J. Adams, Assistant Professor of City Planning at M. I. T.
In general charge of the conference is Mrs. Thomas Reed Powell, President of the League.
