Houston Gives Extension Course on History of Development

With the development of the United States constitution down to the latest Supreme Court decisions on taxation, regulation of commerce, and police power as the topic an evening adult study group opens tonight at 7.15 o'clock in Emerson Hall.

This course under Professor Clarence P. Houston, of Tufts College, is one of the twenty-seven subjects of university grade offered residents of Greater Boston by the University Extension Commission.
