Kenneth B. Murdock '18, Master of Leverett House, expressed the belief that the new parietal rules would prove unworkable because of the opposition of the student body in a talk at Leverett House last night.
He believes that the rule "has been accepted because it seems less absurd than any other rule that has been suggested."
In a statement last night he declared that several other House masters with whom he had spoken informally agreed with him, but he did not want to say what their definite opinion was because he did not want to speak for them.
