Four fellowships totalling $3,860 for research have been awarded as follows:

Lilly Research Fellowship in Chemistry to Dr. Emanuel B. Hershberg, of Lynn.

University Fellowships to two first year students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences; Albert H. Travis, of Los Angeles, and Robert L. Wolff '36, of New York City.

Rockefeller Fellowship in the School of Public Health to Dr. Lloyd J. Florio, of Alden, New York.
