Ten appointments to the Freshman Union Committee were announced yesterday by Kendrick N. Marshall '21, secretary of the Union, and Francis Keppel '38, Student Council member in charge of Freshman affairs. Two more will be added within a week when the Freshman football captain is elected and a representative from among the commuters is chosen.
Chairman Will Be Elected
Mr. Marshall plans to have the committee elect a chairman at their third meeting, an innovation suggested in the report of last year's committee. The first meeting will be tomorrow evening at 6 o'clock in the Union.
The various activities of the class such as dances, hobby groups, speeches, and entertainments will be apportioned to the different members of the committee in whose fields of interest the activities lie.
