Building up its campaign program the Harvard Roosevelt Club today brings Senator Alben W. Barclay of Kentucky, keynoter of the Democratic Conventions of 1932 and 1936, before a Law School audience at 4 o'clock in Langdell Hall. Introduced by Felix Frankfurier, Byrne Professor of Administrative Law, Senator Barclay will speak on the "Reelection of Roosevelt."

In their first rally at Brooks House last night approximately 100 Roosevelt Club members turned up to hear addresses by Congress an Robert Russell '14, John W. Newman, Boston Democratic committees and Edward F. Richard, Jr. 2L. All three confined themselves to remarking on campaign situations, nations or local.

Winfield A. Huppuch 3L, member of the Club executive board, presided.
