Fletcher Henderson's new orchestra, a high-ranking sweet-hot-swing band, will feature the Annual Adams House Winter Dance, which will be held on Friday, February 14, from 9:30 till 2:30 o'clock.

Among the stars of the new rhythm band team are Buster Bailey, America's ace clarinetist, and John Kirby, Century of Progress prizewinner for his sensational bass playing.

Decorations Featured

Decorations appropriate for a St. Valentine's dance will be featured this year, and something novel in the lighting effects or color scheme will surprise the revelers who go to Adams House, which is well-known for its originality in ornamentation as evidenced by previous years.

The dance committee is headed by Richard B. Johnson '36, chairman of the House Committee, and includes Herbert M. Irwin, Jr. '27, and Gladwin A. Hill '36. In charge of the decorations is Harold W. Danser, Jr. '37.
