PASSING ATTACK IS MAIN FEATURE OF VARSITY'S SESSION

Yesterday Rugged Richard Harlow gave his Varsity charges a routine but vigorous practice session in preparation for a full-length game to be held this afternoon. Drill in the passing attack was the principal item of the afternoon menu, and four full teams and a host of skeleton aggregations were engaged in this pursuit at varying times throughout the practice.

Lineups were considerably revised today on the Varsity A and B teams. The center of the B line was operated upon and Sowell Greeley was brought up and placed in the incision at center. After the signal drill had been completed, the A and B backfields were scrambled together with a seasoning of talent from lower down the scale.

Movies of Scrimmage

This afternoon Dolph Samborski and Norman Fradd will don white knickers, to add realism, and under the stare of these sartorially perfect referees the three Varsity teams and the Jayvee eleven will stage two real games. An added touch will be the presence of Cambridge's star cinematographer atop a new scaffold, who will embalm the efforts of the heroes in celluloid, to facilitate future fault-finding and correction.

All the players are pronounced physically fit for this struggle with the exceptions of Freddie Moseley, Shaun Kelly, and Glendinning, who are being held out of contact work until Monday.

It is expected that the full-length game will reveal much to the coaches that the ordinary short scrimmages have failed to point out, and extensive lineup changes may follow. In any rate the information gained will be of great value, more particularly as the motion pictures can be gone over again and again until every fault has been detected. Incidentally, although movies have been made of all games in the past few years, this is the first time films have been taken of pre-season scrimmage.
