Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Since a raging stream of solicitors will submerge Freshmen beneath a flood of pressing, laundry, and metropolitan newspaper contracts this week-end, 1939 will undoubtedly fail to realize how lucky it is. For its arrival on Memorial Hall steps yesterday removed the new regulations for students in business from realms of fancy to reality.
All solicitors must be members of the University and can only be engaged by firms which are approved by the Business Office. The solicitor bears no financial responsibility of any sort; the authorized firms have taken this over entirely. Official badges have been given to each solicitor.
This new scheme naturally has a few problems, one of which is of particular interest to the "Crimson". Since the badges of our solicitors as well a those of the Lampoon and Advocate are given out under different terms, a publication badge does not entitle the holder to sell any other contract, it would help the fairness of the new regime if the violation were reported immediately to us.
Despite a few similar difficulties students in business should find that order has replaced chaos under the carefully conceived program which promises to ensure the man in need of money a more equal opportunity than he had last year.
