QUINN, WHITE, AND KELLY TO DIRECT STUDENT COUNCIL

Shaun Kelly, Mentor of Freshman Year, Becomes Secretary--Last Meeting Until Next Fall

Thomas Henry Quinn '36, of West Warwick, Rhode Island, was elected president of the Student Council for the coming year at a meeting of the Council Monday evening. He succeeds E. Francis Bowditch '35.

LeMoyne White '36, of Boston was named treasurer and Shaun Kelly, Jr. '36, of Richmond, secretary.

Quinn, who was elected president of the Debating Council two weeks ago, has been prominent in undergraduate affairs. He is an editor of the CRIMSON, a member of the Dunster House Committee, a former president of the Liberal Club, and was a member of the Freshman Union Committee.

White Treasurer

White, who lives in Dunster House, has been active in Phillips Brooks House, on the cross country team, and is assistant baseball manager. He will have charge of awarding the Student Council scholarships and of collecting the pledges.

Kelly was president of his Freshman Class and captain of the 1936 football team. He has played end on the football team during the last two years and served this winter as the Student Council member in charge of Freshman affairs.
