Crimson and Tigers Decide To Replay Disputed Game

As the result of a meeting between William J. Bingham '16 and Burnham N. Bell, athletic directors of the two colleges, Harvard and Princeton have decided to replay the protested baseball game which the Crimson won here 6-4 on Saturday, April 27.

Thursday, June 13, at Cambridge, has been selected as a possible date. Meanwhile the records of the disputed game will be entirely eliminated by the league, which has approved the action of the two colleges.

The last two innings of the April game were played under protest by Princeton. The controversy resulted from the interpretation of a ground rule by the umpire when the catcher's throw in an attempt to catch a runner off first base went into an outfield overflow crowd.
