With hammer, discus, and shotput as well as several running event trials on the schedule, the annual spring University Handicap Track Meet will be held here today and tomorrow at Soldiers Field.

With regard to the chances of the Freshman tracksters, Coach Eddie Farrell could not commit himself yesterday, since he is relying on the meet to furnish conclusive proof of their abilities.

"As Freshman track teams go, this year's team is only fair" he said. "Balance is especially needed in the distance runs, javelin, hammer, high jump, shotput, and discus."
