"Who Owns the American Press?" is the subject or an address which Oswald Garrison Villard, editor of the "Nation," will deliver before a special meeting of the Liberal Club in Lowell House on Tuesday.

Commenting upon the meeting Victor H. Kramer '35, president of the Liberal Club, announced that it "has been arranged to arouse interest in the Hearst-supported bills before the Massachusetts and national legislatures to suppress radical party movements."

The club recently expressed opposition to Representative Buell's bill now before the state legislature to illegalize the Communist Party.
