"Toward an Anglo-American Agreement," forms the subject of an address which Professor Samuel Flagg Bemis, Farnum Professor of Diplomatic History at Yale, will give in the Junior Common Room of Eliot House tonight.

Mr. Bemis was recently a visiting professor and lecturer here during the first half-year. He is the outstanding authority on American Diplomatic History and is known in particular for his writings on the Jay Treaty. In his field Professor Bemis' word is regarded as final by State Department and student alike.
