At the N.S.L. meeting held last night in the Adams House upper common room, the following resolution was passed: "We protest against the continued refusal of the University to provide the Commuters with such social facilities as will enable them to take part in the University life; we insist that the University provide them with a free house."

This protest was mailed to President Conant, and is part of the program outlined by the N.S.L. in the "Student News" in defense of the Harvard Commuter.
