HARVARD TO RECEIVE $25,000 BY WILL OF JUSTICE HOLMES

Harvard, will receive $25,000 from the estate of Justice Holmes, according to announcements Saturday. The money is not restricted to any specific purpose, but the desire was expressed that it be given to the Law School. A similar amount was given to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

It was also announced that Samuel Sachs, New York broker, who died March 2, had bequeathed the University $40,000, to be used to maintain the chair in Fine Arts which he established in 1916. He was the father of Paul J. Sachs '00, professor of Fine Arts.
