Adding one more victory to an already successful season, the Crimson Freshman pucksters downed their Milton rivals to the tune of 9-1 in an encounter yesterday. The entire first forward line, consisting of Edward L. Cutter, Jr., George F. Roberts, and Robert S. Weeks, Jr., was made up of ex-Milton stars.
From the very first, the game seemed to belong to the Harvard team, which chalked up three goals during the first period. The only Milton goal was made at the beginning of the second period. The summary: Score--Harvard 9, Milton 1. Goals--First period: Hicks (H) 11.40; Nesmith (Pope) (H) 12.10; Eaton (H) 13.40. Second period: Scaife (M) 3.20; Cutter (Hicks) (H) 11.00. Third period: Mechem (Nesmith) (H) 50 sec.; Weeks (Cutter) (H) 6.50; Weeks (Roberts) (H) 9.15; Nesmith (Sleeper) (H) 12.05; Pope (Nesmith) (H) 12.20. Time: three 15-minute periods.
