Freshman Basketball Team Wins From Lawrence, 40-24

Remaining undefeated, the Harvard Freshman fencing team defeated Governor Dummer Academy, 9-0. In a meet held on Saturday afternoon in the Indoor Athletic Building. Lilienthal and Sturtevaut each won three contests in the foils. There were no epee or sabre events. The Varsity meet was called off.

Foils: P. E. Lillenthal defeated Hall (D), 5-1, Hinchman (D), 5-2, and Peisson (D), 5-1. P. R. Sturtervant defeated Hall (D), 5-0, Johnson (D), 5-2, and Hinchman (D), 5-4. J.C. McNamara defeated Smith (D), 5-2, and Hinchman (D), 5-5, J.B. Bickbam defeated King (D), 5-2.
