Sabine, whose work in architectural acoustics was begun forty years ago as a result of a request from the University authorities to investigate the acoustics of Hunt Hall. Following this meeting tea will be served in room 330 of the Research Laboratory of Physics and opportunity will be given to visit Professor Sabine's original sound room and other research being conducted in the building.
