Dr. Loroy M. S. Miner, dean of the Harvard Dental School, has been chosen president-elect of the American Dental Association at the business session of its annual convention, it was announced yesterday. Dr. Miner will automatically become president one year from now. He is the first dentist from New England to receive this honor since 1927.
