All students who attended the cocktail party in Dunster House last Saturday before the assault of Frank Foster are being grilled by Chief John J. Canney of the Cambridge police, according to reports yesterday.
The chief also announced that girls who were at the party would be questioned by him. The charges against Bennett Y. Ryan '37 and Eugene H. George '39, both released on bail, will be heard on November 14 in the East Cambridge Court, and at that time further witnesses will be called.
At Baker Memorial Hospital, doctors told Foster's family that his condition was considerably improved yesterday and that he would be able to sit up in a few days. Col. Charles R. Apted and Aldrich Durant '02, comptroller of the University, visited Foster yesterday.
