More freshmen have reported this year to Wrestling Coach Cliff Gallagher than ever before in the history of the sport. Among the 47 candidates, there are several experienced men, particularly in the lighter divisions but the heavyweight group will be strengthened when the foot-squad is released from Soldiers Field.

Harvey M. Ross, undefeated captain at Milton last year, is one of the outstanding lightweights, while Chief Boston, 196 freshman fullback, and Frank Downey, who wrestled at Exeter, will be leading candidates for the heavier divisions.

The first elimination matches will be held the week before the meeting with M. I. T. on Saturday, December 14. Similar eliminations for the whole squad will take place during the week before each meet. In addition to the regular schedule, there will be several second team contests.

The freshman schedule; December 14, M. I. T. (away); January 11, Brown; February 8, Springfield (away); February 15, Andover (away); February 22, Exeter; February 29, Tufts; March 7, Yale.
