Headed by Captain Robert C. Hunter '36, 47 golfers will too off on the Trapelo Golf Course Monday in the first round of the College match play championships.
Seeded number one, Hunter meets Robert W. Sides '33, former Freshman golfer, while close behind their leader press Lynford Lardner '37, amateur champion of Wisconcin and qualifier for the National Amateurs last summer, and George E. Enos '37.
Playing on his home course Enos went to the quarter-finals of the '35 National Amateurs before being eliminated. Mansfield Branigan '36, Alan G. Pattee '37, Louis Allis, Jr. '33, Norman Mendleson '33, and Frederick I. Olson '38 bring up the total of eight seeded men.
