Commuters will enjoy their first official, social gathering in their new center in Dudley Hall on Friday evening, October 4, at 8 o'clock, when a smoker will be held.

Peregrine White '33, Graduate Secretary of the commuters center, will preside at the smoker and introduce as speakers James P. Baxter, Master of Adams House; Joseph R. Hamlen '04, member of the graduate committee in charge of the general operation of the Commuter Center; Alfred C. Hanford '17, Dean of Harvard College; William J. Bingham '16, Director of Athletics; and Edward S. Amazeen '31, Graduate Secretary of the Phillips Brooks House Association.
