ELLIOTT, HOPPER TALK IN N.Y. TRIBUNE FORUM

ROOSEVELT WILL BROADCAST FROM CARIBBEAN

William Y. Elliott, professor of Government, will speak in the New York Herald Forum this evening on the subject, "The Italian Fascist Philosophy of Government.'

This talk will be part of the sixth session of the Tribune's World Affairs forum on the general subject, "What Americans Should Know of the New Philosophies of Governments." Talking on the same program will be Bruce Hopper, assistant professor of Government, on the subject, "The Russian Communist Philosophy of Government."

President Roosevelt will broadcast a message from the Caribbean as the concluding speech of the evening. These talks have been sponsored by the Herald Tribune, and the program tonight concludes the series which has included dozens of notable speakers, including Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt, Cordell Hull, Norman H. Davis, Sir Samuel Hoare, and many others.
