Competition in the House football league continued yesterday as Winthrop toped Dunster 6-0, at the same time that Kirkland was defeating Eliot by the same score.

All four teams showed more ability than the four yesterday, and it appears that the battle for supremacy will be among today's battles, with Winthrop leading the pack closely, followed by Dunster and Kirkland.

Winthrop's winning touchdown cause on a wide end sweep to the left, with Joseph A. Hindle '36, who shapes up as the speed boy of the league, carrying the ball. Winthrop and Dunster both came near scoring several times more, Dunster's best try being on an 80 yard run by John D. Barnes '37 who was nailed on the five yard line by Walter Dub. Brookings '37. The half ended before further scoring chances were possible.

Kirkland easily outplayed Eliot House, but was held to one score. This tally was made by Simmon J. Sedor '36 on an end run in the third period.

One of the most starting plays of the Kirkland Eliot tiff was when a backfield man with a clear field to the goal line looked back at his running opponent and tripped over a helmet dropped by his interference on the five yard line.
