While the President is speaking to alumni at the annual Harvard Club dinner in New York tomorrow evening, his predecessor will be on his way to New Haven where he will address Yale undergraduates Friday on "The Spirit of Distrust."

It will mark one of the few formal addresses that President-emeritus Lowell has made since his retirement from office and his first appearance at Yale in several years. His speech will be under the auspices of the Daniel S. Lamont Memorial Fund.

Mr. Conant, who has been taking a vacation in New York since his speech before the Economic Club Monday, is making his second appearance at this yearly Harvard Club event.

The other speakers include Joseph P. Kennedy '12, chairman of the Federal Securities Commission; Mark Sullivan '00, political commentator and author; and Lewis Perry '00, headmaster of Exeter School.
