A Harvard delegation, headed by Francis J. Swayze 2L, president of the Flying Club, will attend the gathering of New England college fliers at Amherst on Saturday, January 19, Otho S. A. Sprague '36, secretary-treasurer announced yesterday.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the formation of a New England collegiate flying league for which William D. Strohmeier, secretary of the Amherst organization, has drafted plans in connection with officers of the Harvard club.
