New Appointments To Cause No Change In Duties For Two Administrative Heads

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The duties of the Bursar and Auditor are unaffected by the new plan, and they, together with the Business Manager, report at intervals to the financial Vice-President on the activities of their offices.

Mr. Durant, the newly appointed Business Manager, has had experience as an engineer in this country and abroad. He has spent three years in Cuba and one in South America, in contracting work on harbors, bridges, railroads, etc. Between 1925 and 1930 he worked with the International Telephone and Telegraph Company during which time he was in charge of the erection of thirty telephone buildings in Spain. He then became a Vice-President of the Postal Telegraph Company, for the South Western division. In 1934 he has been chief engineer of the C.W.A. in New York, in charge of all projects.
