Three Harvard men have been selected to compete in the National Collegiate Track and Field Championships according to notification received by William J. Bingham '16, director of Athletics. The three are John J. Healey, Jr. '34, Norman L. Cahners '36, and John P. Scheu '35, captain-elect of the track team.

All three men placed in the I.C.4A Championships and have given consistently good performances throughout the outdoor season. John H. Dean '34, discus thrower and shot putter, was eligible for selection by the N.C.A.A. but could not make the trip to the Championships, which will be held this year at Los Angeles on June 22 and 23.

At the present time the Central Committee of the N.C.A.A. is considering Captain John M. Morse '34 and Anthony A. Bliss '36, 400-meter and 800-meter runners and decision regarding them will be made later this week.

On the Coast, Cahners will compete in the hammer throw, Healey in the discus, and Scheu in the 1500 meter run.
