Charles W. Eliot 2nd '20, executive officer of the National Planning Board, will lecture on the functions of his board and the methods employed in national planning at 12 o'clock this Thursday and Friday in Robinson Hall Annex. The lectures which are part of the new national planning course, are being given under the auspices of the School of city Planning and will be open to qualified persons upon application to the instructor in charge of the course at the City Planning School.
