Dr. Kirtley F. Mather, Professor of Geology, will attend the ninth annual meeting of the American Association for Adult Education at Washington today and will speak on "The Mobilizing of Community Resources". Professor Mather is well known for his activities in the Twentieth Century Adult Education Centre, which he founded, and has taken a great deal of interest in such work.
Among the group of people attending the convention will also be Arthur F. Whittem '02, Associate Professor of Romance Languages and Dean of Special Students.
