Going down to defeat for the first time this year, the Freshman Golf team lost to Yale Saturday, 7 to 2, over the Belmont Springs Country Club course. The match marked the end of the Freshman's schedule, the team's record being four victories out of five matches played.

Munson, the Eli captain, was low scorer of the day with a par round of 73. McInerney was close behind him with a 74. George E. Enos led the Harvard men with a 76.
