Bradford Washburn Gives Cup For Series of Races

Commencing a series of dual meets which will be held each year between Harvard and Dartmouth for a challenge cup, 25 selected skiers will meet a team from Hanover Sunday at 1 o'clock at Tuekerman Ravine on Mount Washington in a slalom race. This cup, which will be held by the individual winner for a year following his victory, has been given by H. Bradford Washburn '33, head of last year's informal skiing organization.

Any undergraduate or graduate of the College, or student who has spent at least one year here will be eligible for the future races. The undergraduates who will compete Sunday are: Herbert S. Sise '34, Charles S. Rogers '37, Andrew Marshall 34, Andrew E. Ritchie '34, Adams Carter '36, and Charles H. Lawrence, III '36.
