Those men selected to compete with Andover are Bennett Frankel, John A. O'Keefe, and Harold W. Danser, Jr. They will uphold the affirmative side of the question, "Resolved, That modern advertising is detrimental to the nation as a whole."

Championing the cause of the Crimson in the debate with M.I.T. will be Hubert H. Nexon, Richard B. Applebaum, and Ellwood M. Rabenold, Jr. The Harvard trio will present the negative side of the question, "Resolved, That the NRA should become a permanent part of the United States Government."
