A bill authorizing the Federal Government to pay $25,000 reward for capture, dead or alive, of the nation's chief desperadoes was introduced today by Rep. Wright Patman, (D) Tex.
The Patman measure is directed against criminals such as John "Wooden Pistol" Dillinger, "Pretty Boy" Floyd and other desperadoes who have been roaming the countryside taking a heavy toll of life.
