Major "H's" in minor colors have been awarded to John G. Hurd '34 of Auburn, California; to Edward E. Langenau '35 of Brooklyn, New York; and to Webster F. Williams, Jr. '35 of New York City. Hurd, who was captain of the strong Harvard fencing team this winter, won the intercollegiate individual foils championship this year. Langenau and Williams, also members of the fencing team, won the Intercollegiate team epee championship for Harvard.

The Committee on the Regulation of Athletic Sports voted the Minor "H" to the members of the Harvard ski team. Edward P. Davis, Jr. '34, Andrew Marshall, Jr. '34, Charles S. Rogers '37, and Captain Herbert S. Sise '34 received this letter.

The Committee also awarded a Minor "H" in skiing to Bradford Washburn '33 because he organized the team and the sport at Harvard last year, and because as an undergraduate, he represented Harvard in many ski meets.
