Fencers Will Elect Captain At Notman's This Afternoon
Williams, Ackerman, and Langenau Are Outstanding Juniors
Members of the Varsity Fencing team will elect next year's captain today when they meet at Notman's Studio where a picture of the team will be taken. Several fencers have been outstanding in ten year in a season which resulted in ten victories and one defeat.
Seven men who saw action in the meets this year will return next season. The three Juniors who excelled are Webster F. Williams, Jr. '35, and Robert C. Ackerman '35. Williams and Langenau won the epee team championship of the Intercollegiate Fencing Tournament held at New York during the vacation while Ackerman performed brilliantly in foils events throughout the season.
