Four intramural matches between the Houses and the Yale Colleges have been scheduled for this spring, it was announced by the Interhouse Athletic Committee yesterday. On May 19 the Crimson golfers will meet the Eli men in a match at New Haven. The Yale baseball and tennis teams will oppose the House men here on May 26, and on the same day the Harvard oarsmen will match their strength against the Blue at Yale.
Prospects for a good crew season are extremely bright, since Lowell and Eliot plan to have two crews on the river this year and Kirkland, Leverett, Winthrop and Dunster will each have one. The outcome of the baseball and tennis matches cannot be predicted so early in the season, but hopes for victory in the golf encounter are slight since Yale always excels in that sport.
