With eighty-five men signed up for Varsity crew and ninety for Freshman rowing, the crew practice for all men not engaged in winter sports is in full swing.

The prospects for a successful season look relatively poor according to Coach Charlie Whiteside. Only one man, Bradford Simmons '34, is returning from last year's boat.

Bert Haines, coach for the Freshman crew, also finds that the chances for a good season are dimmed by the loss of several experienced men due to ineligibility.

The Varsity schedule includes races with Princeton, the University of Pennsylvania, M.I.T., and Yale. There is a prospect of a race against Columbia.

The Freshmen will now against M.I.T. and Yale with a proposed race with Columbia.
