Photographic Board Gives Valuable Experience to Men Interested in Photography

CRIMSON competitions for members of the classes of 1936 and 1937 are to open Monday night at 7.30 o'clock in the President's office at 14 Plympton St. The Editorial competition will be open only to Sophomore, while Freshmen may compete for the News. Business, and Photographic Boards.

The Photographic competition affords worthwhile experience to those men in the College who are interested in the science of taking and developing pictures. Here the candidate is initiated into the whole system of the preparation of an engraving for a daily news sheet, from the subject to allow his percent to be taken, through the developing printing and enlarging, to the final of the out itself. Under the careful and guidance of experienced editors the candidate is gives the results of which are criticized both from the standpoint of technique and results obtained.
