DOJ Sues Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu ’07 Over Sanctuary City Policy
Shooting its first match of the Metropolitan Pistol League series, the Pistol Club will open its season tomorrow night. The contest will be held with an undetermined number of greater Boston teams, composed of police, civilians, and members of the National Guard.
The match will be held at the Boston Rifle and Revolver Club, located at 74 Purchase Street in Boston. Each team will be represented by eight men. The scores of the highest five will count as the team's score. All types of pistols may be used, but equalizing handicaps will be imposed on the different guns. The Harvard team will use 22 calibre pistols.
The team includes. Coach Lawrence B. Bixby, Philip M. Andress '37, Richard B. Dennis '36, Spencer D. Howe '37, John G. Penrod '36, Albert D. Foster, Jr. '36, Howland B. Stoddard, and Malcolm S. N. Watts, Jr. '37.
