Paris, Dec. 6--Prince Paul, Regent of Jugoslavia, left for Belgrade tonight, concluding a successful week of tightening political relations with France. He stated that not the slightest difference remained between the two countries.

His confederates were chiefly concerned with Jugoslavia's complaint against Hungary, soon to come before the council of the League of Nations.
